COVID IMPACT
We are shipping pan-India and aim to get your orders delivered within 5-7 working days. However, services may be affected in some parts of the country, resulting in a delay. Please bear with us during this time.
Shipping Policy
Our toys are handmade by us hence we take 3-4 days to make and try to ship your orders within 5 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.
Returns Policy
We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of order placement on all our products. Return requests placed after 24 hours of order placement are unfortunately non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 72 hours of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refund Policy
Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@eddieteddie.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.
