Shipping Policy

Our keepsakes are handmade by us hence our current turnaround time is 3-4 months. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order within 10 days, completely free of charge.
  • Need to cancel between 11 and 17 days? A small 25% fee will apply.
  • If you cancel between 18 and 24 days, a 75% fee will be charged.
  • After 25 days, cancellations are no longer refundable, but we’re here to help with any concerns!

Every order is customised according to your requirements hence we have a No return policy, which means you cannot return your item. 

Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Some non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

If you are approved (under the given timeline), your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15-20 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
